30-Day Return Policy We want you to love your Clarisse Jewels™ piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- In the original packaging (velvet pouch)
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
How to Return
- Email us at [insert email] with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Send your item back using a tracked postage method
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days
Refunds Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges Want a different size or style? We're happy to exchange. Simply follow the return process above and note your preferred replacement item.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
