Our Policy
- ✦14 days from delivery to request a return
- ✦Ring must be unworn, unresized, and returned with its original packaging and certification
- ✦Faulty pieces are repaired, replaced, or refunded at no cost to you
- ✦Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection

Resizing, Not Returning
If the fit isn't quite right, a one-time complimentary resize is available within 30 days — often a simpler fix than starting a return altogether.
