- Who These Terms Apply To. These Terms and Conditions govern any in-home viewing, enquiry, or purchase made through Clarisse Jewels. By booking a viewing or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.
- Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to book a viewing or place an order, and you confirm that the details you provide, including your home address for a viewing, are accurate.
- Booking A Viewing. Viewing appointments are confirmed subject to availability in your area. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel; repeated late cancellations may affect future bookings.
- Pricing. All prices are listed in AUD. Prices reflect the diamond, metal, and craftsmanship of each piece and are subject to change without notice, including on pieces shown at a viewing.
- Diamond Grading and Descriptions. Where a certification or grading is provided for a stone, it reflects the assessment of the relevant grading body at the time of certification. We describe each piece as accurately as we can, but natural stones vary, and minor variation from photographs is expected and is not a defect.
- Orders and Payment. Once you select a ring, payment is required in full, or as otherwise agreed with your consultant, before the ring is dispatched or handed over. We reserve the right to decline an order at our discretion.
- Delivery. Delivery timeframes are outlined on our Delivery page. Purchased rings are sent via insured, signature-required courier unless collected in person at a follow-up appointment.
- Returns and Resizing. Returns and complimentary resizing are handled in accordance with our Returns page.
- Care of Your Ring. We provide care guidance with every purchase. Damage resulting from improper care, wear inconsistent with the piece's design, or unauthorised third-party alteration is not covered under warranty.
- Intellectual Property. All designs, photography, and content associated with Clarisse Jewels remain our property and may not be reproduced or used without our written consent.
- Prohibited Uses. You agree not to use our site, booking system, or consultants for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt to access our systems without authorisation.
- Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Clarisse Jewels is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your purchase, beyond the value of the ring itself.
- Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
- Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
