1. General By purchasing from Clarisse Jewels™ you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all orders placed through our store. Clarisse Jewels™ reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography lighting. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.
3. Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Clarisse Jewels™ reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Your order will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Orders By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded if an order is cancelled by us.
5. Payment We accept all major payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely. Clarisse Jewels™ does not store any payment information.
6. Shipping & Delivery Orders are dispatched in accordance with our Delivery Policy. Clarisse Jewels™ is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.
7. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy. We comply with all applicable Australian Consumer Law obligations.
8. Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
